We provide the following for employees assigned to our client sites:
- Employee's hourly wages
- Employer's payroll taxes
- Employer's Social Security Contributions
- All Unemployment taxes (State and Federal)
- Worker's Compensation
- Liability Insurance
- Processing payroll checks, filing government required reports, unemployment claims, maintaining payroll records
Payroll Service
Client company may recruit, then hire through KADCO an individual they wish to have working on their projects but do not desire to hire as a direct employee. KADCO will
place on our payroll at a reduced cost.
Direct Hire
KADCO employees may be hired direct by client company after a trial working time period. This enables the client to evaluate employees abilities prior to direct
employment offer.KADCO will provide a specialized personnel search for immediate direct hire by client
